Our Process

Sarah Rubinson Consulting and Contracting works with organizations involved in progressive Jewish education to ideate and launch the innovative ideas they don’t have the manpower to imagine and execute on their own, enabling a more effective and joyful learning environment.

 

I am a thorough, big-picture thinker who also balances the details in order to empower you and your organization to reach your goals.

 

What does that look like?

 

  1. We work together to gather information to assess the current state of your challenge

  2. We work together to articulate your goals and identify why achieving them is important.

  3. We determine who the key stakeholders are and gain consensus among those key stakeholders regarding the goals and the why

  4. We engage key stakeholders in the process of developing a research-backed plan to achieve these goals

  5. We compile all of the relevant information and data to create the plan

  6. We deliver the plan, and we create a framework for implementation
